How long are sessions?
Team and individual sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes. Coach and parent workshops can range from one to two hours, depending on content covered.

Fit Mind Consulting strives for clients to be comfortable with their surroundings while discussing their sport(s). Therefore, sessions can be held at the sporting complex (field, pool, arena, track, etc.), at a public establishment, or the client's home. Arrangements are made between consultant and client on a meeting location.

What is the cancellation and payment policy?
Cancellation Policy- No refunds are given for cancellation of services. Clients can reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice to the consultant and must contact the consultant to make another appointment.
Payment Policy- Cash or check made out to "Christina Abate" are the only forms of payment offered at this time. Full payment is made by the start date of services.
Fit Mind Consulting offers services for improved mental performance. Potential work between the client and consultant may include:
Teaching participants specific performance enhancement skills for application in sport, exercise, and other contexts. Examples of techniques include relaxation, concentration, imagery, and positive self-talk.
Helping participants understand, measure, and improve elements of their performance through strategies such as goal setting, journaling, etc.
Educating individuals, teams, coaches, parents, and groups on topics such as communication, leadership, team cohesion, etc.
Observation of client(s) in performance setting for additional cost and/or when multiple sessions are purchased.
What are the types of services offered?
